Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to make sure you get better. Period. And we need your help with that!

Attending your scheduled appointments is essential to your recovery. While we certainly understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes throw you curveballs, we’re here to straighten them out! Here’s our cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations made before the day of your scheduled appointment: No problem at all! We appreciate your advanced notice and won’t charge a cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellations made on the same day of your appointment: We understand emergencies happen, but please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply, equivalent to 50% of the session cost. In addition, if it becomes a habit, this fee will increase to 100% of your session cost.
  3. No-shows: If you miss your appointment without giving us any heads-up, we’ll miss you! Please, save us the detective work and let us know if you can’t make it. If we do not hear from you, a no-show fee equivalent to the full session cost will be charged.


Remember, we’re all about flexibility, but also firmness when it comes to our schedule. We want to ensure everyone gets the care they need, so please be considerate of others who may be waiting for an appointment slot. Thanks for being awesome!
