Our Strive Fitness and Therapy massage therapists are dedicated to providing a safe and relaxing environment where you can experience the healing benefits of massage therapy.
During your first session, we will start with a brief consultation to discuss your health history and any specific concerns or goals you may have. This information will help us tailor your massage to your unique needs and preferences.
We offer a variety of massage techniques, and your Strive Fitness and Therapy therapist will work with you to determine the best approach for your needs. We’ll work with you to adjust the pressure and focus areas to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Massage sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, although longer sessions are available upon request. You will have the option to disrobe to your comfort level. You will be covered by a sheet or blanket throughout the session, with only the area being worked on exposed.
Our therapists use high-quality massage oils or lotions to help soothe and relax your muscles. Upon request, they may incorporate additional techniques, such as cupping or instrumented myofascial release.
