A Comprehensive Approach to Performance & Recovery
OPTIMIZE YOUR STRIDE & PREVENT INJURY

Whether you’re dealing with pain that won’t go away, an injury that keeps coming back, or you simply want to run stronger and smarter, this assessment was built for you.
Strive’s running-specific physiotherapy assessment goes beyond a standard clinic visit. You’ll work one-on-one with a registered physiotherapist who takes the time to understand your full picture, not just where it hurts, but why.

What to Expect
Your session begins with a thorough review of your running history, recent training changes, footwear, and goals. From there, your physiotherapist will conduct a running gait analysis to identify movement patterns that may be contributing to pain, slowing your progress, or putting you at risk of injury down the road.
By the end of your appointment, you’ll leave with clear, personalized recommendations covering training load, running form, strength work, footwear, and a practical plan for next steps with no guesswork and no generic advice.
